I have been to sushi places all around the country and still nothing compares to my home town Tsunami Sushi in quality of food and service.

Why 3 stars??? Because it was only ok. Ordered take out, which was quick and easy. We ordered the green (ginger) salad as well as the Beauty and the Beast and African rolls. The ginger salad was all white lettuce and not good, although I liked the dressing. The Beauty and the Beast roll was alright, although all the fish was very fresh. The African roll was better, and had a nice after burn. My major peeve is that the pieces were cut big. I like to be able to pop a piece in my mouth and not feel like a pig trying to chew and swallow it. I might try it again, but doesn't top my list for sushi. I've been spoiled by good sushi in Tampa and Orlando and but am willing to give them another try at some point.

It was alright, I had high hopes from the reviews. I'm a big sushi fan and have eaten it at many places in FL and all over the US so maybe I'm too picky with sushi. This place is not quite as good as a couple in Tampa and nowhere near as good as a couple in Orlando. The ginger salad was OK, lots of white lettuce. The rolls were a little bland and the fish is not quite as fresh as I like.

You don't have to drive to Orlando for great sushi. Tsunami Sushi is wonderful! Fresh, tasty food and fast, friendly service.

We had a wonderful experience when we visited this establishment. Our waitress Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. We had several sushi rolls and the Tuna Tataki was amazing. We are not locals as we live in upstate NY but we will definitely visit next year!

Katie our server was a delight. Took our daughter for Bday (got $25 off bill-who does that?). Fidel made our orders, while cordially entertaining us. Food: the BEST I've had since San Fran. Quality, presentation along with attentive service made for a very special experience. Highly recommend, will most definitely b returning.

This is mine and my boyfriends goto place for our monthly-versaries. The sushi is amazingly good and it's your average price range for most sushi restraunts. I recommend the Samurai roll, Tempura roll and the Philly roll every time. Eat here!

Me and my daughter came in 20min before they close for lunch time. We didn't know they were going to close at 2:30pm. Food was ok but service was terrible. I understand that waiters wants to leave right after they close, but she was on her cell phone whole time. We had to wait to check out. How rude. We are not happy with the service so not going to there again.

Absolutely love this place. I've never had a bad meal her or bad sushi. The staff is always kind and attentive. The fish is always fresh and the atmosphere is excellent. They have lunch specials until 2:30. They have a great selection of sushi rolls sashimi and acoholic beverages. I suggest the Mexican roll and the plum wine. This place is the only restaurant that will give you $25 off your meal on your birthday!!!!

This place is awesome - and I'm not just saying that because I just left Legoland and have the "awesome" song stuck on my head. GREAT sushi. I wasn't hungry when I got here but after one bite I just couldn't stop eating. Even my picky kids loved the PB & J roll.

Great sushi and sashimi, beautiful presentation. Had tuna, salmon, yellowtail, eel, baby octopus, mackerel, smoked salmon - all were great. Katsu entrees were good also, a lot of sides - rice, noodles, vegetables. Very close to Legoland.

Great service, incredible food with a great presentation !! For a strip center place with little ambience the place kills it ! Very good!

Service was great. Food was average.

We had 2 families with a total of 6 children, tired and hungry from a day at Legoland. Our server, Katie H., and the other vietnamese gentleman whose name I forgot to ask, made us feel so welcome! They quickly catered to the kids' needs and were accommodating to our peanut allergy requests. Our gentleman server even brought out chopsticks with handmade rubberband/paper kid friendly holders and an extra serving of mochi ice-cream dessert to make all the kids happy. Katie and her colleague were wonderful and made our experience at Tsunami Sushi better than the typical sushi place. The food was great and all of our picky eater kids devoured their plates. The adults enjoyed our rolls as well. The names escape me, but they were spicy and were Katie's recommendations.

After a day at Legoland, it's a perfect place. Good sushis, makis. Udon was a good choice also.

Fantastic sushi place! Not too far from Lake Wales either. Sushi was fresh and cold, the Miso soup was nice and hot, and the ginger salad dressing was refreshing! They even have Mochi Ice cream! Recommended for everyone in the area!

Strip mall sushi place. Clean. Extremely nice waitress. All of our food was very good and fresh. Bathroom was clean and the sushi was average priced. It was close to Lego Land, so it was nice to not have to drive very far to get some good sushi.

Very nice sushi restaurant! Fast service... Delicious sushi... A lil on the pricey side ... $ but overall I give it 5 stars :-)

After a long day at Legoland, we were looking for sit down restaurant with good food and we found it. We have an 11, 9 and 4 year old who like ethnic food so we gave it a try. We loved how close it was to the park and being seated right away was awesome. I loved that the kids meals were with an option of shrimp or chicken, tempura or grilled. Also with the kids meal you could get noodles, rice or Mac and cheese. The rest of us got the ginger salad, miso soup and edamame for starters and all were delicious. We got several rolls and ate every one but my kids favorite roll by far was the 8 ball roll. We got our food and adult beverages quick, all was good and we were happily on our way!!!

Ate the firecracker roll and the lava roll here. I have had much better, for less money, in Los Angeles so that is saying alot because everything is more expensive there and they KNOW Sushi. the price is way too expensive for average quality food in this area. I will try somewhere else next time.

Went for lunch one day while running errands on that side of town. Now I go out of my way to run errands on that side of town once a week! The lunch menu has a nice variety and is well priced. Clean inside, friendly service, food tastes fresh. You should totally try it!

After a long day at Legoland we consulted Yelp to find a quick but nice bite to eat. What a great find. This place is practically next door to the park. Sushi was fresh and artfully presented. Our server Jennifer made us feel welcome and was extra sweet to our little kids. Conch salad was excellent. On our next trip to Legoland we know exactly where to go to eat! Because Legoland food was not very good.

One of my favorite restaurants. Excellent sushi. Lunchtime buffet is great value, and the selection is worth the trip.

Equally as excellent as their downtown location. Service was friendly and efficient; food was fresh and deliciou!
